I went to this event a couple years ago. There is exclusive ride time in the morning and at night. It does make for a long day though. Some food is included with the ticket.
Exclusive ride time is a nice perk, but it comes at a premium.
The free food is ... free (well, technically not free, but you know what I mean), so expect a below average buffet.
12+ hours is a long time and even though food is included, I think it would be nice to leave the park for awhile and grab something to eat, socialize, and rest.
While the park probably won't be at capacity, it will be crowded, so ducking out during peak hours isn't a bad idea. I'm posting this now so people have time to make plans and because it is during the holiday weekend.
Enough of my blathering.

“ Organization of the Philadelphia Coaster Crusader's Six Flags Great Adventure Coaster Celebration was smooth as silk. Six Flags was a bit understaffed for registration, though there was not much need for the AM ERT since the morning session ride cue lines were practically walk-ons unless you wanted to feel the wind rumble past your face,,, heck most all rides all day were were walk-ons unless you wanted the in-your-face seats. To top things off, PM ERT was dropped due to incoming weather and we got a free admission voucher!!! Whohoo. Don't think we would have needed it,,, most likely could have broken the record for the most rides in one hour,,, possibly even during public opening hours!!! ” -
